Where we no longer require the collected personal information all reasonable steps are taken to ensure the destruction of all data once the applicable limitation of action period has expired.

Our premises and data storage are restricted to authorised persons.  Our IT systems are secured inside firewalls and are password protected and we conduct regular audit and data integrity checks.  We frequently update our anti-virus software in order to protect our systems and data from computer viruses. Our data is stored within Australia. Our information technology and communications are maintained and protected by an Australian service provider
